Inspect, adjust, and test front end alignment.

We will perform a battery diagnostic evaluation, inspect cables, etc. If we can correct any issues without replacing batteries we will alert you.

Check motor, controller, receptacle and electrical connections. 

Check battery terminations, clean and tighten and coat as required. 

Load test batteries to determine capacity.

Check the function of lights/accessories.

Check/adjust tire pressure to tire specification.

Check front shocks, wheel bearings and suspension. Grease any lubrication points. 

Check front end alignment. Adjust if necessary.

Check rear suspension/shock. 

Check Brake function, inspect shoes for wear and adjust pedal free play.

Check the starter/generator belt and adjust tension if required. 

Check the drive belt for excessive wear.

Check the choke cable function and adjust.

Check accelerator cable and governed speed.

Change oil.

Inspect spark plug and adjust the gap or replace, if required.

Inspect air & fuel filter. Replace if required 

Check the function of lights and accessories.

Check and adjust tire pressure.

Check front shocks, wheel bearings and suspension.

Check front end alignment.

Check rear suspension/shocks.
